We have taken the greatest care in designing Villa AnnaNiko to be a welcoming place an to provide a very cool, relaxing and comfortable feeling. Though it is a self-catering property, for those in search of the independence and flexibility a villa holiday can offer, our personal approach is very much present from the welcome 'meet & greet' you will receive at Chania airport to our special treats and our attentive assistance throughout your Crete holiday.
Services that are included in the villa rental :
Welcome service at Chania airport : our concierge will meet you at Chania airport and escort you to the villa, saving you from the hassle to try to find the property alone, a service that has been mostly appreciated from previous guests.
Orientation : once you have settled in, our concierge will be on hand to share with you information about shops, restaurants, museums, gorges, beaches, local feasts, organized or private tours or anything else you may need.
Cleaning service : our maid will be cleaning the villa on arrival day and midweek, for those staying for 7 nights. For longer stays, cleaning is offered twice weekly . We are flexible about your preferred time of the day for the service, to be discussed with our concierge on arrival.
Linen change : fresh bed sheets, towels and pool towels are provided by the maid twice a week.
Pool cleaning : we take extra care to keep the pool water at the correct PH levels and ensure that it is crystal clear and safe to use, and our pool is regularly maintained by a professional, who will be coming to the villa once weekly.
Welcome pack : On arrival you will find a complimentary basic pack with tea, coffee, sugar, fruit, mineral water, milk, orange juice, crisps, biscuits and cooking olive oil. If you would like to create your own pack with added items, please contact us with your requirements and we will provide you with a price.
Toiletries : as a welcome treat, we offer our guests a set of the fashionable Korres cosmetics, a pioneer company of organic Greek products of excellent quality.
Optional Services that are available at a supplement and upon request : Besides what we have included, there is a long list of optional services we can assist you with. Please feel free to send us your requests for everything that you would like us to arrange before your arrival and/or during your stay.

We want you to enjoy the safety and comfort of being able to reach us at all times and of knowing you will never feel alone during your stay with us, except when you want to.
