We have taken the greatest care in designing Villa AnnaNiko to be a welcoming place an to provide a very cool, relaxing and comfortable feeling. Though it is a self-catering property, for those in search of the independence and flexibility a villa holiday can offer, our personal approach is very much present from the welcome ‘meet & greet’ you will receive at villa Annaniko and our attentive assistance throughout your Crete holiday.

Orientation

once you have settled in, our concierge will be on hand to share with you information about shops, restaurants, museums, gorges, beaches, local feasts, organized or private tours or anything else you may need.

Cleaning service

our maid will be cleaning the villa on arrival day and midweek, for those staying for 7 nights. For longer stays, cleaning is offered twice weekly . We are flexible about your preferred time of the day for the service, to be discussed with our concierge on arrival.

Welcome pack

On arrival you will find a complimentary basic pack with tea, coffee, sugar, fruit, mineral water, milk, orange juice, crisps, biscuits and cooking olive oil. If you would like to create your own pack with added items, please contact us with your requirements and we will provide you with a price.

Linen change

fresh bed sheets, towels and pool towels are provided by the maid twice a week.

Pool cleaning

we take extra care to keep the pool water at the correct PH levels and ensure that it is crystal clear and safe to use, and our pool is regularly maintained by a professional, who will be coming to the villa once weekly.

Toiletries

as a welcome treat, we offer our guests a set of the fashionable Korres cosmetics, a pioneer company of organic Greek products of excellent quality.

More about the Villa

Built in four semi levels, Villa AnnaNiko spares no luxury. Interior design and furnishings combine simplicity and sumptuousness, with the use of pale wood and chrome, mixed with splashes of color.

On the main floor, and as you enter, a large open plan area welcomes you, with the comfortable and stylish lounge, the dining room and the functional kitchen, leading to the spacious verandas and the pools. Light and views enter through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, giving an airy feel.

On the lower level, the property offers a self contained guest-studio, with the possibility of direct access by the garden area. It is a large open plan area with a king size bed, a sitting corner with a sofa bed and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

A few stairs lead to the master bedroom, with king size bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom with hydro-massage and a large private terrace with spectacular views.

Three more bedrooms are set on the ground floor, all spacious and with en-suite bathroom with shower.

They open out to a patio with garden furnishings and comfy corners for sitting at leisure.

On the outside, a series of terraces and a lush garden embrace the house. The crystal private pool is a highlight that adds to the villa dwellers’ pleasure. A long separate pool is designed for the children to enjoy. The poolside and garden offer spots both of cool shade, under the wooden pergolas, and radiant light, as well as privacy and infinite views.
